QA Automation Engineer Bosnia and Herzegovina , Sarajevo / Mostar , .

Responsibilities:
•Ensuring the highest overall quality of the product, develop and maintain testing strategy
•Defining test scenarios, creating test cases, and participating in the definition and execution of both manual testing and automated testing of web and desktop applications
•Documenting testing results and maintain QA documentation, test cases, test scenarios, etc.
•Planning and coordinating releases so that applications are shipped on time and with the highest quality
•Working with the development team and DevOps to automate testing and nightly builds
•Finding and reporting software flaws, weaknesses, and bugs
•Ensuring clear communication between the QA team and stakeholders
•Ensuring that the team works according to the Agile principles throughout the whole product lifecycle
•Staying updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into operations and activities
•Mentoring and coaching new junior employees and interns, participating in personal/professional workshops
•Participating in meetings, conferences, and company team activities

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field is a plus
•Excellent command of English language both written and oral
•Minimum 2 years of working experience


Experience and Skills
•Advanced knowledge of various types of testing
•Advanced knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures.
•Experience with automation testing, creating test plans, test cases, etc.
•Experience with one or more automation testing tools and frameworks such as TestComplete, Katalon, Ranorex, Robot framework, Selenium, Protractor etc.
•Experience with Continuous Integration principles
•Experience with finding and reporting software flaws, weaknesses, and bugs.
•Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
•Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and other development tools
•Understanding of BIM is a plus
